Pros
Meijers treats their employees well and the management is respectful. The company is good about allowing employees to switch departments and room for advancement.
Cons
The employees act like they are in high school. Lots of backstabbing and gossip. The moral is very low and it is not a fun place to work. The attitude of the other workers creates a mundane and less than cheerful environment.
