Pros
Supervisor responsibilities, worked with people my age (lots of college students), fun environment, opportunity to advance to management (only promote within), team leaders are friendly and get to know their team members, and one can easily transfer between departments in the store.
Cons
Despite receiving supervisor responsibilities when being promoted to service coordinator, the minimal raise increase is a joke. Getting time off during the Christmas season and weekends is almost impossible. They started to cut hours when I left so holds were becoming more and more common in the service department.
