      Pros

      No one looking over your shoulder. Fresh air. Good exercise during busy days. Very simple work that repeats every day.

      Cons

      Management treats you like a bottom of the barrel employee. There is no appreciation for your exhaustingly futile efforts to keep the carts out of the lots.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
