      Pros

      Family Owned so we don't have share holders. Customers come first in every decision that is made. Training opportunities, and a great open door policy.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance hard, as there are no options for working from home.

      Pros

      - Pickup is very chill and some days you can just hang out between orders (in the evenings mostly) - You can listen to music or podcasts while picking if you can still hear people / customers (Technically it's not allowed, but you can get away with it)

      Cons

      - Some days can be hell, and it's very variable - It's very physically draining - The schedule is never consistent
