      2 things going for them. Affordable benefits (like 100 biweekly) and 6 weeks PTO front loaded every January.

      Cons

      Low wages across all trades unless you’re in management. If you think it’s good money it’s because you’ve never made good money. I promise you’re worth more than they give you.
