      They lure you in with PTO

      Cons

      *Pay is less compared to comparable jobs in the area *They do not treat everyone equally *Front line supervisor was not qualified for his position *You may be hired for the power plant but 90% of your time will be spent doing minor maintenance *It seems no money is invested in improving processes *You have to provide all your own tools
