Pros

Managers would excel as dog trainers.

Cons

It’s 72 characters a line (not the industry standard of 65) here. Two weeks after you join, they give you appointmen letters which say: “We have the right to terminate you without any reason/notice.” You will have to sign this if you want to continue. They don’t disclose these facts on day 1. And they actually do exactly what those forms say - kick people out for no reason. They take out Windows Explorer/Desktop from your PC, so you can’t save your work on your local folder. This is probably cause they don’t want you to find out it’s 72 chars. I had MTs sitting beside me, working in Medwrite for 2 months who were still unaware that it’s 72 chars. You can’t browse - most websites are restricted. Very strict rules - you can’t have a casual conversation with a colleague. Feels like a factory environment. Lower level staff keep an eye on you and get to tell you what you can do and can’t. Ie, the guy who sweeps the office/cleans the toilet is your boss.
