7yThank you very much for your feedback, please know that we take it very seriously. Medigo is indeed continually testing new markets and products as part of our growth. However, these challenges are also in large part due to the ambitious marketspace we are occupying: international customers, partners and a broad range of services.
As an employee, you are probably aware that there are several internal channels for communicating dissatisfaction or complaints, including regular 1-on-1 meetings with your manager, biannual 360 feedback, and the “open door” culture that encourages you to bring any concerns to HR, managers, or founders at anytime. Also, you may be interested to know that management training is a recognized priority for us in the coming months.
We certainly do our best to act on feedback such as yours and hope to improve our operations based on it.
