Pros
- there are good people that work here that truly believe that they're helping america become healthier - there are competent people that care about how they perform their jobs - there are certain departments in the company that run like well-oiled machines
Cons
- there's a lack of employee morale and motivation - upper management makes decisions that aren't necessarily logical. perhaps the decisions are logical to them but they don't do a good job of explaining their decision making process to their subordinates - lower compensation compared to other companies - inter-division communication is below average - there's a lack of intelligence amongst people given key positions in the company which leads to bad decision making - medifast still functions with a small company mentality
