10yCareer pathing is something that we, like many organizations, are working to improve upon. Because we do not have set career paths, we like to view that as an opportunity for our employees to expand their horizons and try out new things. We encourage them to figure out what their interests are and help put them in touch with the right people at Medidata to get them where they want to go. We also have new Learning and Development programs and initiatives focused on developing new and current managers to improve their leadership skills. Most recently a new Career Development program was launched with over 300 employees in attendance to date.
