The best reason to work here is knowing that you can help people. You can talk and give advise, counsel and letting then know their rights as they seek Health benefits so that life can be seen worthwhile living.
Cons
Some other challenges are not being able to discuss at time depending on the situation, the benefits that some people are qualify for. For some because of their culture may not readily accept certain type of benefit. Also if they are married or single the benefit varied.
