Pros

Pros? Oh, you mean those elusive, mythical creatures that somehow managed to evade me during my time at MRN.

Cons

Working at MRN was an absolute nightmare. This company takes nepotism to a whole new level, where competence and hard work are meaningless unless you have connections. The leadership is a trainwreck, they couldn't lead their way out of a paper bag. They lack vision, communication, and empathy, making the workplace feel like a sinking ship. I fear redundancies will became a norm, leaving employees in constant fear of losing their jobs and destroying any sense of job security. It's a revolving door of misery, with no consideration for the impact on people's lives. And if your face doesn't fit forget about fair treatment or opportunities for growth – you're basically invisible. In short, working at MRN is a soul-crushing experience that robs you of your potential and self-worth. Run far away from this toxic cesspool of a company if you care about your career and mental well-being. There are far better places to work where your skills and hard work are appreciated and rewarded. Avoid MRN at all costs!

Pros

Great support from nursing supervisors, very clear protocols and fair pay with flexible hours

Cons

Can be difficult to get enough work at times. It tastes Patrice patience as you wait for new studies and subjects within those studies to become available but since it’s a per diem job that you work around your regular FT position, it works very well.

Pros

The employees at MRN are wonderful and the mood and operating environment is one of open access, freedom of sharing, and caring.

Cons

The biggest challenge is the industry adoption of MRN's core service even tough the cost/ROI benefit is substantial,.....but the industry manages cost.
