Cons
A serious lack of support from senior management. Very low basic pay, especially considering the expectation to absorb multiple roles with no additional compensation or recognition. Managers appear disconnected from the day-to-day operations, which results in unrealistic expectations and poor decision-making. Little to no understanding of how frontline teams actually function, making it difficult for the business to grow or improve. Development and progression opportunities are almost non-existent. Employees are often overlooked, and internal growth is not encouraged. Feedback from staff is rarely acknowledged or acted upon, leading to frustration and high turnover.
