8yGreetings and thank you for your response. We highly value feedback from our employees, as our leadership team is committed to making Mediaocean an exceptional place to work. This year, in demonstration of that commitment, I and other leaders will be responding to select Glassdoor reviews. This change allows us to further engage with former and current employees on issues that people feel strongly about. Your voice is important, and we are happy to respond to the variety of anonymous employee feedback sources (employee engagement surveys, feedback bins in the kitchen, etc.), which now includes the Glassdoor platform.
I certainly agree that our culture and people here are awesome, the perks are great, and our benefits get better and better every year. As such, I am surprised and sorry to hear that you feel some executives have portrayed an attitude of superiority. We deeply cherish our open and collaborative environment, where everyone (including our CEO) sits in an open space. I have to admit, that took a little getting used to for me when I joined the firm, but now I see the value!
