Don't Believe The Good Reviews! - Anonymous employee Mediaforce Employee Review

I left this company a year and a half ago barely clinging to my sanity. I said I wasn't going to write a review but after seeing four new positive reviews which undermine legitimate, real experiences coincidently appear here on the one day, I had to say something. They are a pack of lies. Bullying is endemic and it comes right from the top. It isn't a place to learn new skills, it's a place to be put in front of a computer with little or no training and be undermined constantly by management and colleagues. If you ASK for a pay rise, be prepared to be told how inferior and expendable you are. Many of the positive reviews say it's a good place for a first time job. They are trying to lure novices who will accept minimum wage with no idea of proper employment standards. The only opportunity for "career progression" is if someone leaves and you get their work too for no extra salary. Twice the menial tasks for the same pay. No benefits scheme. No open door policy. No employee assistance or guidance.
