Near lrt 2 I guess

Cons

Owner and CEO of the company has a short temper and unfair employer. They even forces you to work overtime and doesn't give overtime pay. And oh one more thing, when you resigned. It's impossible to get your backpay.

Good day and thank you for you review. After going through our records, we have found that there is one employee who did not receive their backpay. This is due to the reason of AWOL (Absence without Leave) Employees who are AWOL and did not provide proper accounts turnover will not be cleared by the company and will not receive their backpay, unless the clearance procedure is implemented. In the case of our CEO, the employee 201 records can be discussed thoroughly with the employee as proof of performance. The said person in our records also have various memorandums from gross negligence and tardiness and absentism in our 201 file. As for overtime, there can be a number of reasons why overtime pay was not received. This also includes if the employee did not file the overtime rendered. We also do not force people to work on overtime, it is up to the employee to decide if they would like to request for it or not. Purposeful and hands-on, individual account ad agency work, which is something of a rarity these days

Cons

Atmosphere is too casual. People will get under your neck if you mess up.

Thank you for your feedback. :) In 2021 (Covid-19) era, we had employees who had cultural issues due to certain domestic issues at home, high anxiety led by the pandemic, communication gaps, and conflict aversion. Everyone during this time was adjusting to the external situations and the workloads all at the same time. Since then, adjustments and re-trainings have been implemented. You may have been affected by team-based issues given the symptomatic anxiety-led by the nature of the pandemic and a work-from-home situation, either influenced by team members who were undergoing the same situation or domestically influenced. This is the first time we received this feedback.
