Pros
Good culture. Very structured. Many opportunities to get involved in various initiatives, both professionally and otherwise (ie: philanthropy).
Cons
Most people are usually overworked based on the volume of new business pitches. Upper management can sometimes come off as out of touch with with what employees are experiencing.
