Pros
Clean office, friendly staff, management has a positive attitude, they are trying to everything they can to improve employee morale, on a low budget. - small events, lunches, engagement sorts of events -- it's an engaging workplace for sure, and positive in that aspect
Cons
IF you have a family you won't be able to work here -- they pull a bit of a bait & switch with off days, and actually require you to alternate between 5 and 6 day workweeks. The employee benefits like drug plan, dental, disability, and insurance and such are actually not paid just by the company, but by the employee through ** HEFTY ** payroll deductions. You'll actually earn less than minimum wage once the ** MANDATORY ** benefits deductions are taken off, even unpaid lunch, and then you'll wind up working hectic 5 / 6 day weeks, plus holidays. Just go anywhere else. You'll earn more and have far less stress as.... and yes, EARN MORE and less stress.... at.... -- McDonalds -- WalMart -- Any Supermarket Why earn "less than minimum" after mandatory deductions, when you can earn bare minimum and wind up ahead almost anywhere else?
