Work place bullying from uper/top management, poor training, poor pay for the workload and due to the lack of training and organisation some people are paid the same as you despite having to do half the responsibilities. Ignore concerns and reasonable adjustment requests. Revolving door of staff. Staff snitching on eachother constantly. Loads of false promises regarding fixing the state of the company that are never followed through with.
