Pros
I am a former full-time employee and a current partner. I own my own company and work closely with Medallia to sell and service their product in specific verticals. Smart and thoughtful leadership: Not everything goes perfectly all the time. But having leadership that understands "digging deep" to find new ways is invaluable. Great Product & Methodology: this is driven by a real fascination with customer loyalty. There are a lot of ways to make money - treating people well can pay big dividends. Good People: As the company gets bigger, you will always have people that make it through the interview process that maybe shouldn't. Some will come to this site to vent. But nothing is perfect and this company "gets it."
Cons
Its expensive to live in Silicon Valley. Growth comes with its own issues.
