Pros
A unique organization with leaders that are passionate about the business. Great perks - but the perks only apply to those at HQ. Good technology that meets real business needs.
Cons
Inability to execute on core principles is becoming common place. Stagnation more commonplace than innovation. Turnover is accelerating, and turnover (as well as some of the more recent hires) in top management especially is concerning.
