Pros
Not sure that there currently any as far as I see it, they have been disrespectful, we have no meetings with leadership and it is an incredibly bureaucratic and slow moving organization.
Cons
There is constant change in guidance and a lack of cohesive strategy and really most of their goals seem to be for theater and not to actually implement change. Leaders are either anonymous or refuse to engage with their employees. As self-proclaimed leader in Customer and Employee experience, it is disheartening to see that Medallia is lagging so much in these areas.
