Pros
Great leadership. Great culture. Great product. Proud to be a Medallian. This company has the most coveted names as our customers; Apple, Nike, Lego, Nordstorm, Mercedes, Four Seasons, Sephora, eBay, Facebook, and many many many more. Why? Because we drive results and it the system works.
Cons
Competitors constantly undercut pricing and promise things they can't deliver. Common theme is that if we don't win a deal the first time around, we'll surely see them later after the competitor fails. Need to become better at selling the value of a successful program the first time around.
