Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts! Your review leaves me with mixed feelings. It's great to hear that you consider that our compensation and benefits are the best in Buenos Aires and I'm also happy to hear you recognize how smart our engineers are, although I don't get (and I want to understand) the comment about "especially those that were already here 2 years ago". In terms of the company becoming more bureaucratic, I believe we are doing a very good job in terms of managing the tradeoff between agility and scalable processes. I also believe that being part of this "scaling process" is an extremely rich learning experience for all our employees. I would like to invite everyone in our office that I'm always available to discuss these issues in person.
