A great leadership team was assembled to make sure Medallia keeps the leadership role in the OCEM space. An amazing team of bright people is moving the company's vision forward, helping companies listen to their customers. The company is growing very fast and working hard to keep culture and values.
Cons
The roadmap is very demanding and, while the vision stays the same, tactical priorities change. You have to be ready for change and growth if you want to work here.
