there are no pros, all are cons

1. Very bad work culture 2. Employee are asked to leave without notice. Will not provide you salary also and when you call, they will not answer the phone. 3. The boss will just insult you in name of meetings and discussions. 4. Salary is way below industry standards 5. The company does not have financial stability 6. Will take your original education documents at the time of joining 7. No work ethics, all are egoistic 8. I have seen the HR also absconding because of the scolding of the boss
