Pros
Inexpensive insurance (not sure why they don't pay the remaining 20%), on site gym. Record profits all over the place.
Cons
Zero work/life balance across all departments. Exempt employees are expected to go 50-60 hours/week and are expected to wear it like a badge of honor. Non-exempt are expected to put in 45-50. Sure there is OT but at what cost? You're shown how flashy and new everything is during the interviews. Don't worry, you won't get to enjoy it. Managers ask a lot but won't back you up. It will always be their butt covered before yours. Review process is pointless. Reviews are delivered by your manager but final financial call is decided by disconnected higher authorities. Record profits but shrinking (at best) raises company-wide; not even cost of living the last go around for most areas. Company-wide employee satisfaction is at a record low and retention is in the toilet. IT is incapable of implementing meaningful system updates that are halfway done at best. There is a reason most job postings repeatedly show up or in most cases are never even taken down.
