      There are no pro's for working here

      Cons

      This company doesn't value you. To them you are a easily replicable body that is dedicated to this company and nothing else. You are required to take an on-call shift. You are required to work 12+ hours a day. If you get burnt out from working too much you are required to get over it and work more. I don't recommend anyone to work for Med One.

      Pros

      Amazing people, Everyone wants to help each other save lives (Medical Equipment that help save lives)

      Cons

      -Healthcare for anyone above 1 person is over $600/ month, not worth the $150 you get in the HSA to add them to your healthcare plan. -Not that much movement upwards in the company.
