Old-fashioned management who do not respond well to feedback with a tendency for deflection at the first sign of trouble rather than taking responsibility. This all trickles down to a low sense of morale in general. Very conservative and outdated mentality when it comes to flex time, so expect to work long hours. Overly hierarchical and no appreciation to their employees who bring value, which is not what you would typically expect from a startup looking to grow. Salaries are below industry, poor communication for such a small company, ill-defined roadmap and product release timelines often missed are just some of the other issues. They are so out of touch with reality that if you scroll through the reviews, you can find that they wrote 3 in a row on the same day in March to bring up their own rating.
