I have very little positive to say.
Cons
Owners scream at employees. Job task creep was so significant that they ended up with a contract administrator even though I SAID NO to that at $15/hr for TWO companies. Owners cannot comprehend that a print from the banking transactions in the AM, first thing is only a snapshot in time and changes throughout the day. Somehow they believed that was my incompetence. And they only hire admin workers at year end, then push them out as soon as taxes are at the CPA's.
