      Pros

      Working at MeVitae has been an incredible experience! The team here is amazing and every individual brings their unique talents and perspectives, making it a truly dynamic and inspiring environment. There’s a strong culture of collaboration where knowledge-sharing is encouraged, and everyone feels empowered to bring new ideas to the table. The leadership team sets the tone with their supportive and transparent approach. They are always approachable and provide clear direction while fostering a sense of trust and openness. It’s a workplace where innovation thrives, and every team member feels valued. I couldn’t recommend it more!

      Pros

      They have a fantastic friendly and inclusive culture. Even though it’s a fully remote company it feels like a supportive community not just a remote job you log on to. Plus they really believe in what they do, if you value what they value you will love it.

      Cons

      It’s a small company focused on growing sustainably which may not be for everyone. Remote working also is not everyone’s cup of tea.

      Pros

      Getting to work with a lovely team, and great mentors. Had so much to learn in such a short amount of time. The entire onboarding process was smooth and the internship went really well. It was great from MeVitae to provide a summer internship opportunity, a perfect start to getting hand on experience and knowledge

      Cons

      Only cons for me were that internship was short and it was remote. Would love to have spent more time and meet the team in person but apart from that there are no cons
