      The people were nice, not all that talented but nice.

      The firm had really flimsy leadership. There was little to no training, and no access to good listings

      Pros

      The atmosphere at Mdrn. was welcoming, warm, and it didn't feel like your typical real estate company. Staff and team were friendly and it felt like a family. I've never felt any stress and it was one of the best companies and roles I've held. Sad to see Mdrn. ended up dissolving.

      You will learn a lot gaining experience with graphic design and it will help you build your portfolio.They will provide you free lunch.Ok environment.

      It can be very stressful and fast pace .You have to get the job done even if you are an intern.Its unpaid
