Great leadership from Alison, we are growing in Madison/Milwaukee WI. Right now we have 4 projects, a lot more flexibility then I am used to.

Newer in the market so not as many people know about us

Older established company , pay and benefit's were good

Projects were not in great shape but learned that is the industry . Should have stayed because they are an established company . No real training which would have been beneficial.
