This is a family sign shop that does great work. The owners work hard to service their customers needs. Good pay to start with lots of specialized training that can help you build a career. I worked there for several years and learned the importance of taking care of customers and meeting deadlines. I would not have the career I do today if it wasn't for Mike and Heather.

Tight deadlines and crazy level of attention to details... this causes some employees to not work out as they can't handle the pressure so their is some turnover.

Decent starting wage (But not nearly worth the hassle)

Where even to begin...A truly horrible place with a high turnover rate. The owner complains more than a 16 year old girl and has the organizational/comprehension skills of a 4th grader and refuses to clean up after himself...Honestly the most condescending person I've encountered & doesn't appreciate his employees hard work. The supervisor says extremely racial things to the employees on a daily basis & doesn't contribute in any way, just expects the other employees to work faster. Stay far away from this establishment, you won't regret it.
