In my experience, the workplace culture and management environment were challenging. Communication could at times feel dismissive, inconsistent, or unnecessarily confrontational, particularly during stressful operational situations. Concerns related to workplace behavior, fairness, and respect were not always handled in a supportive or transparent manner. There also appeared to be uneven treatment between employees, with some staff receiving significantly more support and flexibility than others.
