Pros
Originally a startup that was bought out by McKesson. The company has been hugely successfully and has grown greatly over recently years. Even during the recent economic downtown, they have held their course and so far there have been no layoffs. The executive seems to genuinely care about the employees. On a personal level, most people are great to work with.
Cons
The huge growth of the company has meant some growing pains. The things that made the small, startup so successful don't scale well in this new environment. In response, many layers of management and bureaucracy seems to have been added. There is increasing distance between the top layers and the worker bees, despite the best of intentions. People are feeling increasingly like cogs in a machine.
