Pros

Great benefits due to being employee owned; A-supes now get company trucks; the company takes care of the employees and works with them to ensure they're successful

Cons

The only down fall is that they expect 50 hour work weeks which can be frustrating as a salaried employee. They preach work life balance, but don't really take action to improve it.

Pros

Great company culture, exposure to some amazing projects, project teams are fantastic, camaraderie with your team, great resources and onboarding to ensure you learn to do your job well. ESOP and bonuses are great.. if you stick it out long enough.

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as other GC's, you can be relatively underpaid as they rely too heavily on preaching about the ESOP (which takes you 5 years to even be fully vested). Can be very political and leadership kinda plays favorites, some people who dont deserve it get promoted quick and others who do deserve it never get promoted. Long work hours and depending on the jobsite it can be pretty high-stress (but thats just construction for ya).
