Pros
The only pros is the pay rate.
Cons
The upper management doesn't know what there doing, HR going off of an employee handbook that doesn't exit so no one knows the rules for pretty much anything, and it changes depending on the person. If they like you your golden if they don't well they pretty much pull stuff out off thin air saying well the handbook blah blah blah. The work atmosphere is horrible, its high school but worse for adults .
