Pros
Good PTO policy, other than the fact that our department is so over-worked we are often refused PTO because it’s “too busy”. So we don’t actually get to use all our PTO. The co-workers in my department are mostly awesome.
Cons
Some people are paid horribly. I’ve been with the company for more than five years and get paid less than everybody else on my team, including our temps. I was previously promised a raise which never happened despite the fact that I frequently spend my nights and weekends working because the division of labor in certain departments is unfair.
