As an attorney, you are encouraged to take risks and gain new skills, but also feel supported. The firm does a great job of celebrating successes and even in my short time here there have been plenty. I look forward to more wins!

The firm uses really great case management software, but there is a steep learning curve in order to get the most out of it.

I've been employed with McCabe Russell for nine months and it has been a great experience. Within the past nine months I've learned a lot about Family Law and the day to day operations working in a litigation firm. In the beginning it was very challenging for me, but I was trained and provided with the resources I needed to be successful in my position. The workload that has been assigned to me as been manageable. Here we work as a TEAM and that’s extremely important to me. We strive to give our client’s the best service during a difficult time in their lives. I’ve gained so much experience and I’ve gained wonderful working relationships with my team. It’s hard waking up every day going to a job you hate; however, I don’t have that problem. I enjoy going to work, learning, laughing with my co-workers, helping my team in any way I can and most importantly providing excellent service to our clients.

Working in any litigation firm you never know what the next day may bring. The only time I may feel a little overwhelmed is when we are preparing for trial. However, we still work as a team to make sure we are properly prepared to represent our clients in the best way possible. Having the support of my team helps me get through the stressful trial preparation phase.
