Staff Meals Fun & Creative Events Seeing it all "Come together" Customer Satisfaction It's incredible to see staff with little to no experience helping such a large project come together
Cons
Extremely long work days no work-life balance virtually no weekends off when you can use vacation time is limited and it's almost shunned infrequent pay raises remember that HR is only there to benefit the employer- don't go there to get help or support personally it will only put a target on your back
