Pros
When I started this Job, I was really nervous as I didn’t have a lot of sales or marketing experience, but the team made me feel really welcome. When the manager told me the business was growing and their Goal was "to take over the world" I wasn't sure as previous employers have just given me really basic training and that was it. Not here. I was treated at the start with so much care the managers spent so much time with me, something they always said to me as long as I put in the effort as well. I never got a chance to get promoted in my previous roles but this way showed me what I can do if I really put 110%. I feel that I haven’t just made great work colleagues but great friends as well.
Cons
I used to work night shifts so getting used to be up in the day...but after a week it was fine.
