Pros
- Great compensation package - Flexible working - Unlimited holidays (for real) - Remote, and really async work - Great company culture and talented people - Good leadership - Best company I have worked for by far
Cons
Multiple layoffs in 2023, make the future a bit uncertain. This affected teams morale quite a lot. Was handle pretty well by management, but it came really without warning.
