There are no good reasons. One should not join this company. Company put HR, Tellecaller and sales team on hourly basis with minimum keyboard punch level for calculating work. Sumeep Singh Mann's Maxxmann Communications's Modus Operandi : Salary disbursement date is 15th of next month but always disbursed another month that is 2 to 3 month delay or actually you don't know when you will get paid, that too get deducted without any notice or communication and you will wonder why it got deducted without any clue. They follow no communication rule asno salary slips will be issued on deductions & poor employee stuck with their 2-3 month salary

Unethical, unprofessional, no value for committment, poor leadership.Unfair Salary deductions, Delay Salary, No value for working round the clock. Need to chase for FnF and experience. They treat their employees as a bound labour and will harash you if you will plan to quit this company. Certain old employees are abusive too.
