Not many - good place if you just need to make a pay check until something real comes along
Cons
Greedy upper management that shows no signs of caring at all about employees or company performance (except for how company stock is doing of course) TERRIBLE training - I really cannot express how terrible the training was. Mid level management is overworked and unhelpful with day to day issues/problem solving. Overall, this place is a joke with a sweat shop environment - stay away
