Pros
The staff you work alongside are so nice, there is exceptional talent in the office
Cons
Working here is extremely stressful. There should be a revolving door for staff as someone is fired nearly every fortnight. There are no provisions in place for mental health whatsoever despite JOEs virtue signalling stance on being pro mental health. Niall is a threatening figure in the office, like when you have a free class in school and suddenly the principal walks in. The sales team in there are like something out of Wolf of Wall Street, and swagger round the place as if they own it. Should you work here, please look after yourself. Alot of the time you're left feeling 'am I the only one who feels this bad about this job' - if anything there should be a support group set up for people who have formerly worked here. I personally needed counselling after this job as I lost all confidence and terrified of not working in Irish media, I was convinced I'd never work again. Ultimately I haven't, as this job ruined working in media for me. Tread extremely carefully
