Horrible Management; Treat Employees with Disrespect - Lead Security Officer MaxSent Employee Review

I would highly advise against working for this company if you have any level of ethical morals. From observation, the district management disrespected its employees. The manager would aggressively yell at employees for making minimal mistakes. The working conditions are poor; there is no set schedule, and the schedule changes without notice on a daily basis. They could make you work up to 15 miles away for 1 hour. There is very little room for promotion; even if you are promoted, they try to make you work the promotion without paying you for the work. They also employ individuals with lengthy criminal records.
