      Pros

      High salary and the owners are really good and nice people. WFH is allowed as well.

      Cons

      A lot of politics for leadership outside of the owners, no growth unless you suck up to the leaders (who are not the owners), they give you leadership titles but not leadership roles (staff work or supervisor work).
