Pros

The only pro I can come up with is that I had to deal with the job for only a few months.

Cons

There were managers but no leaders 1970s corporate culture Outdated technology No automation Hyper controlling management (It took me off guard) Required to travel multiple hours to customer sites and they wouldn't purchase the tools I need for the job (who does that?) Every minute of time to clock for pay needed a paragraph explanation. (It greatly affected my productivity. I spent more time updating my time card then working tickets.) Gaps in knowledge with common IT technology and strategies (VLAN and Multicast as examples.) No 15 minute breaks Little to no onboarding No HR department

Pros

Salary, benefits, and that is all

Cons

The owner A.... is the most narcissistic , egotistical, micro manager I have ever met. If you have no experience this is a great place since you won't know any better.. If you enjoy your perk of company vehicle being gps tracked and you enjoy being questioned daily about accounting for every minute of your day. Maverick Networks is for you!!

This is an unfortunate post as it wasn't even written by an employee or anyone who ever applied to work for us. A clear violation of Glassdoor posting policies. Sincerely, Aaron Lee (CEO)
