Good pay, great coworkers, I had planned to retire from the company. Benefits were very good.

Not able to keep the facility open

The flexible schedule and a few good people I worked with were about the only good thing about this job.

Overworked- if someone was laid off then someone else would get more work dumped on them with no raise or promise that someone would lighten the load in the future. Underpaid- by the end of my four years here I was doing a three person job. With no more pay and no bonus. Low Morale- this company is doing very bad. They have laid off hundreds of people and the people left behind are in the dark and being told just be thankful you have a job. Gender Gap- women do not get promoted or get paid as much as their male counterparts. Even treatment is different for women. They laid off the administrative executive assistant and I had certain male coworkers ask me to make copies. No Upward Mobility- in four years here I went nowhere so I left. In short this company is tanking and the salaries they pay are under market.
